01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and km88ph ("km88ph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at km88ph.cam. By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing or using any service offered through the km88ph platform, you irrevocably confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• Agree to the km88ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms;

02 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with km88ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident or citizen of the Philippines, or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not accessing km88ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of km88ph or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processors — nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or gambling prohibition order issued by km88ph, PAGCOR, or any competent authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

km88ph will request documentary proof of age and identity as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals withheld pending successful verification. Documents accepted include a valid Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting services on km88ph, you must register for an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active km88ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, different contact details, or from a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. km88ph employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed;
• All bonuses and promotional winnings credited to any of the duplicate accounts will be voided;
• km88ph may, at its sole discretion, withhold funds in the duplicate accounts pending investigation;
• The player's primary account may also be suspended.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km88ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. km88ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify km88ph support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

km88ph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations and in alignment with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Verification may be requested at registration, upon making a withdrawal request, or at any time at km88ph's discretion. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

km88ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). km88ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at km88ph is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit amounts may be subject to limits imposed by km88ph or the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 3–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are typically processed within 1–3 business hours, subject to the recipient bank's processing schedules. km88ph reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds may not be withdrawn until any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds have been satisfied.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the km88ph account holder. km88ph reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use of third-party payment instruments, fraudulent activity, or money laundering. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions available on the km88ph platform are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and an individual promotion's specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a km88ph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The contribution rate of each game type towards wagering requirements is set out in the promotion terms for each specific offer.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses at km88ph are available only to:

• Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification;

5.4 Bonus Abuse

km88ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on outcomes with minimal risk to satisfy requirements (hedging), coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, km88ph reserves the right to void all associated winnings, remove the bonus, and permanently suspend the account without further recourse.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Game Results

All game outcomes on the km88ph platform are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes in licensed studios. By placing a wager, you accept the result as final. km88ph shall not be liable for losses resulting from system malfunctions, communication interruptions, or errors outside km88ph's reasonable control, provided that km88ph makes reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a malfunction affecting a game — including but not limited to software errors, disconnection during a game session, or display discrepancies — km88ph reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. km88ph's decision in all malfunction-related disputes is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on km88ph — including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong — are subject to specific sports rules published within the relevant betting section of the platform. These rules govern event settlement, void bets, in-play wagering restrictions, and payout calculation. In all cases, km88ph's trading team's interpretation of the applicable rules is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km88ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit consent;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with km88ph games, sports betting markets, or the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping, seat-selling in poker, or coordinated betting on live dealer games;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any km88ph game or platform function;
• Using the km88ph platform to launder money, facilitate illegal transactions, or circumvent financial reporting obligations under Philippine law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior towards km88ph staff or other players;
• Accessing the km88ph platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your km88ph account.

08 Responsible Gaming

km88ph provides the following responsible gaming tools as standard on all player accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the km88ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of km88ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the km88ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any km88ph content without express prior written consent from km88ph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, km88ph, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the km88ph platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Interruption to services caused by circumstances beyond km88ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to Philippine telco network failures, natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated closures.

In all cases, km88ph's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your km88ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

km88ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where km88ph reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive behavior;
• The account has been used in connection with money laundering, criminal activity, or sanctions evasion;
• The player has provided false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to km88ph.

In the event of suspension or termination, km88ph will inform the player as soon as reasonably practicable. Where the account is terminated for a reason other than a violation by the player, any verified balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where termination results from a player violation, km88ph may withhold funds pending investigation.

You may close your km88ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that arose before the closure date, including obligations to provide information required for AML compliance.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute relating to your km88ph account, a game outcome, a payment, or these Terms, please follow the dispute resolution process below:

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

km88ph operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection statutes, including Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
